Profile of the Leader:













Dr. Siddhartha Pandey, currently designated as the Chief People Officer (CPO), is heading Human Resources of the entire Group. 

Manufacturing facilities are at – Orissa- Integrated steel plant 2.5 Million ton per annum, with 500 MW power producing with facility of SMS, CRM , HRM , CSP , DRI, Tube mill, pellet & benefaction , WRM project expansion too.

Chandigarh - 5 mid size manufacturing plants.
 
Kolkata – Full fledged steel making unit with independent supply chain management process.

Chhattisgarh – Nova steel limited, Bangalore BPSL – pipe division

Overseas plant – Nepal, Africa, Ethiopia, Sudan, Nigeria                                     

Mines -   Jhamkhni, Behjan , Keonjhar.

Professional Qualifications:

  • M.B.A.(Full-Time) with specialization in HRM & MKT from KIT's Institute of Management Education & Research, under Directorate of technical Education , Maharashtra,  With 75% average marks.                            
  • Post Graduate Diploma In Corporate Governance secured first position in merit list of Shivaji University, Maharashtra.
  • Master in Science of Counseling & Psychotherapy.  (I.B.M.S) registration number-MS05A1031). Secured 62% Marks aggregate. (Recognized By Indian Hospital Association. DELHI Affiliated to International University for complementary medicine established under W.H.O duly recognized by United Nation Peace University.
  • Professional Doctorate in Management, first class gold medalist, from NIM Affiliated by DAS (Direct Assessment Services) in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 accredited by United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS).  
 Educational Qualifications:

  • B.COM (University of Pune) from Bhonsala Military College, Nashik Securing 61% Specialization in Business Administration. In the year 2004
  • Intermediate in Pure Science from P.L College, (B.I.E.C) 73.5% marks with distinction in Maths and Physics. In the year 2001
  • Madhyamik from Julien Day School of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (1998 March) securing 72.3% marks with distinction in Chemistry, Physics and Maths
